Hey, y’all!

Where I’m from, we’re big on hospitality, so it felt right to introduce myself.

Whether it be through art or by word, telling stories is my passion. I love crafting vibrant, magical worlds that feel like something tangible and real. 

I was raised in Alabama surrounded by nature. There, it was easy to believe that magic could be real–should I just venture just a little further beyond the beaten path–and I like to let that belief seep into all my creative endeavors. 

These days I’m surrounded by a little less nature in the home of my alma mater, the School of Visual Arts in NYC, where I’m currently pursuing a masters in Fiction Writing at Columbia University. However, rest assured that it’s still quite a magical city.
